![]() ![]() The area is absolutely beautiful stunning in fact. Service is all very quietly efficient and almost corporate in its feel this might be the vibe they’re going for, but then I would suggest they stop promoting it as a holiday venue. With one notable exception, there is no effort by any member of staff to create a memorable holiday for guests. Well, this is a funny place and, unfortunately, I’ve never been somewhere quite so lacking in atmosphere. That said, this is definitely a hotel I’d be happy to recommend to friends who want a quiet, relaxing break. That was fine for the bars and restaurants but the bedrooms needed a/c at night - we got very hot - and I think the hotel should remember that many of their guests are from northern countries not used to the heat. Be aware that this hotel has lots of steps so probably isn’t the place for people with mobility problems, but for us, having eaten far too much at the buffets, they were very useful for getting some much needed exercise! Our one complaint was that although the rooms are advertised as being air conditioned, they weren’t and it wouldn’t be going on until the temperature reached the mid twenties. The beach below the hotel is stony but delightful and so pretty. Both places have a good selection of bars and eateries. The location is good, right on the promenade that gives you an easy walk to Brela in one direction and Baska Voda the other way. ![]() The breakfast and dinner buffets are fabulous, with so much choice and always delicious. It was a shame about the reception staff though who could barely crack a smile and weren’t overly helpful. so friendly, efficient and helpful, they’re a real asset. The clientele was made up of Germans, Hungarians and a few Brits, and the majority were of retirement age and I can understand why, given how peaceful it is. It has has a very relaxed, low key vibe - no music by the pool etc, which made for a very relaxing stay. What a lovely hotel, not five star but certainly a good four star. ![]() Barcelo Bavaro Palace All Inclusive Resort.Hotels near Gornja Brela - Berulia - Central Dalmatia Croatia - Theme Trails.Hotels near Sv Nikola (saint Nicholas) Church.Hotels near The French Road or Napoleon's Road.Hotels near Brela Stone – a symbol of Brela.Hotels near The Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. If you've been using KAYAK successfully up until now, try closing your browser and starting again. Please send us a message and we'll try to figure out what went wrong. Probably something about the web browser you are using made KAYAK think you are a bot. They tend to try to cram large suitcases in the overhead bin, and they prattle on about celebrities they know while you are trying to watch the movie. For example, we don't want bots running about trying to book airline tickets. Bots are generally a good thing, but some web pages are for humans only. KAYAK uses bots to search for travel deals. Search engines like Google use robots to build up search results. What is a bot?Ī bot, or robot, or crawler is software that visits web sites and collects data from them without a human present. If you are seeing this page, it means that KAYAK thinks you are a "bot," and the page you were trying to get to is only useful for humans.
